it is time to move forward.  we cannot wait around for another new coach to come in here and reteach something. I am frustereated with Hatcher and i really want Sam Bakers Job..!!!

So bring back the option again? Are we saying it would take another three years for the young team to re-learn the option and the new coach that much time to re-teach it? Would we give another new coach that long?
